Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Highland Matcha purchase.

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@highland-matcha.com. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Orders that have been delivered but are no longer wanted are generally not eligible for return or refund.
